Class Times

  • Class time from 6:00 pm to 9:45 pm (4hrs for class + breaks)
  • You are encouraged to pre-register.
  • There will be two 10 minute breaks during the evening class session.

In addition to all the convenient locations, there are 2 seminars in Rapid City and 4 seminars in Sioux Falls.  In these two cities, you are requested to attend a seminar based on the first letter of your last name (example A-E, F-K, etc.). Those designations are listed on the schedule page.  To have seating available and to plan for refreshments, we ask that attendees follow this last name registration procedure.   If you are unable to attend on your designated date, you can attend another session, in another location that fits your schedule.

Then select "Choose Session" to select the class you wish to attend.

NOTE: Personal and business checks will be processed using our eCheck payment portal. After receipt of your check funds must be available within 24 to 48 hours after processing for your funds not to be returned as “not sufficient funds” (NSF).

*Registration Deadline is 5 days prior to the selected seminar date.   Certificates of attendance can be downloaded from your account shortly after your class completion.

Inclement weather:   Instructors will make every effort to conduct scheduled classes.  However, if winter conditions prevent those who must drive long distances from attending, a class may have to be postponed.  Be sure to listen to your local radio and TV stations for emergency weather announcements.  The South Dakota PHCC will post class information on its web site:  All attendees should exercise their own discretion and judgment in considering unsafe winter travel conditions.
