Each year, the product certification department receives more and more requests to certify products to additional non-ASSE standards, such as NSF 61: Drinking Water System Components – Health Effects, and NSF 372: Drinking Water System Components – Lead Content. Some of our smaller suppliers want more certifications, but don’t want to spend additional time and money by going to a second certification body. Historically, ASSE International has only provided certification to its own standards.
