Petitions Filed
IAPMO Board of Directors
Two petitions to the IAPMO Board of Directors have been timely filed with the Petitions Clerk, which relates to the issuance of UMC TIA 009-18 and UMC TIA 001-21 to the 2018 and 2021 editions of the Uniform Mechanical Code. In accordance with the Regulations Governing Committee Projects, a subcommittee of Board of Directors will address these petitions. The subcommittee will meet on May 1, 2022, to address the filed petitions. A hearing was not requested by the submitter, thus the petitions will be addressed in executive session.

Responses to the petitions may be filed with the Petitions Clerk, Ms. Gaby Davis at gaby.davis@iapmo.org, by interested parties in accordance with Section 7-2 of the Regulations Governing Petitions to the Board of Directors from Decisions of the Standards Council.
